WHAT HAPPENS IN A SOUND BATH?

A sound bath at Tantra Studios is a guided experience designed for deep relaxation.

Here is what you can expect:

  1. You arrive and settle into a comfortable space

  2. You lie down fully supported with blankets or props

  3. You are guided into relaxation through breath and presence

  4. Instruments such as bowls and gongs are played around you

  5. You relax into a deep meditative state

  6. You slowly return feeling grounded and refreshed

There is nothing you need to do except receive.

WHO IS SOUND HEALING FOR?
